BRM Transport is building a professional transportation fleet around a simple idea. Drivers should know what’s expected of them, understand the opportunity in front of them, and have a team that follows through.
That’s it. That’s the whole thing. Everything else we do comes back to it.
Who We Are
We’re based in Omaha, Nebraska, and we recruit professional CDL-A drivers for Solo and Team OTR opportunities across established national freight networks. Our focus is safe operations, dependable service and long-term driver relationships, not churning through drivers to fill a board.
We’re growing, and we’re honest about that. It means the drivers who come on now are the ones who get first look at Team and Leader opportunities as the fleet builds out.

People. Drivers are the business. We hire professionals, we treat them like professionals, and every driver gets a real person to talk to.
Partnership. We do what we say we’re going to do. That’s true with our drivers, our carrier relationships and the CDL schools we work with.
Progress. Solo to Team, Team to Leader. There’s a path here and we’d rather move somebody up who already knows how we run than start over with a stranger.
How We Work With Drivers
No games in the recruiting process. You’ll know what to expect from the first phone call through qualification and onboarding, and you’ll get answers quickly instead of waiting a week to hear back. If you’re qualified, we’ll tell you. If you’re not a fit right now, we’ll tell you that too.
Working With CDL Schools
We’re building long-term relationships with CDL training programs to connect upcoming graduates, recent graduates and alumni with real employment opportunities. If you run a training program or career services office, we’d like to talk.
