CDL Schools & Placement Partners
Built to Deliver.
RELIABLE CAPACITY. BUILT FOR SCALE.
Connecting your graduates with professional CDL-A opportunities.
BRM Transport is building a professional transportation fleet, and we’re building it partly out of new CDL-A graduates. That’s not a fallback position for us. Drivers who come out of a good training program and get put with the right carrier early tend to stay in the industry, and we’d rather help make that happen than fight over the same experienced drivers everybody else is chasing.
So we work with CDL schools directly. Long-term, not one career fair and gone.
Why Programs Work With Us
We take new graduates seriously. A lot of carriers say they hire grads and then bury the experience requirement in the fine print. We’re a growing fleet with Solo and Team OTR opportunities, and upcoming graduates are on our list of drivers we want to meet, right at the top of the page.
Your students get answers. Career services people tell us the same thing over and over. The frustrating part isn’t rejection, it’s silence. Our recruiting team is set up to move quickly from first contact through qualification, and if a student isn’t a fit right now we’ll say so instead of leaving them wondering.
There’s somewhere to go after the first seat. Solo to Team, Team to Leader as the fleet grows. When you’re advising a student about where to start their career, that matters more than whatever sign-on number is on the flyer.
We show up more than once. Job boards, hiring events, classroom visits, alumni outreach. Whatever fits how your program actually runs.
Ways We Can Work Together
Employer and career job boards. Get our current openings in front of your students where they’re already looking, updated as the fleet grows.
Graduate and alumni outreach. Some of your best candidates finished six months ago and are already rethinking their first job. We’re happy to work your alumni list alongside your current class.
Career fairs and hiring events. Put us on the schedule. We’ll bring a recruiter who can talk specifics, not just hand out pens.
On-campus recruiter visits. Regular visits so students recognize a face and know who to ask.
Classroom employer presentations. A straight conversation about what OTR work actually looks like, what we expect, and how the qualification process works. Useful to students whether or not they end up with us.
Ongoing career-services partnerships. Regular contact with your placement staff so you always know what we’re hiring for and we always know when a class is finishing.
Drivers We Want To Meet
Upcoming CDL-A graduates, including students still finishing their program. Recent graduates. Alumni who’ve picked up some experience since. Drivers interested in Solo OTR, drivers interested in Team OTR, and professional drivers who want to be part of a fleet that’s still growing instead of one that’s already set.
If you’re not sure whether a particular student fits, call us. We’d rather have the conversation than have you screen somebody out on our behalf.
What Happens After a Referral
A student or graduate applies, or you send us a name with their permission. Our recruiting team reaches out by phone, text or email, whichever they told us works. From there it’s qualification and onboarding, and we keep them informed at each step rather than going quiet.
We can report back to your office on referrals you send us so your placement staff isn’t chasing students for updates.
